Mari Inukai was born in Nagoya, Japan. In 1995, Mari came to the US to pursue her studies in art. She first attended Santa Monica Community College (Mentor program), then Associates in Art, Sherman Oaks, CA and finally California Institute of the Arts, Valencia, CA, where she recieved her BFA in Character Animation in 2004. Her professional works include Nickelodeon, New York, Nylon Motion Inc., LA, Oishii Productions, LA, and NGTV, LA. Her short animated film, Blue and Orange, has been an official selection at numerous national and international film festivalss including the Sundance Film Festival 2003, and was the Japanese Grand Prix winner at the Short Shorts Film Festival EXPO 2005. Besides her animation works, Mari regularly exhibits her paintings and drawings, designs clothes, ceramic toy figurines, and other fun products. She lives in Los Angeles with her daughter, Sena.

Born and raised in Tokyo, Dice moved to NY in ‘93. After graduating from School of Visual Arts in 98, he started his career as a staff illustrator for Lucas Learning Ltd. in San Francico. Two years later, Dice moved back to NY to work for Blue Sky Studios as a visual development/color key artist on their film projects such as Ice Age, Robots and Horton Hears A Who. In 2007, after his long adventurous 7 year run at Blue Sky Studios, he has accepted the new challenge to join as an art director at Pixar Animation Studios. Dice was the color and lighting art director of Pixar’s latest feature Toy Story 3.
Dice has actively been pursuing his illustration career outside of animation as well. His first children’s book I can Hear was published in Japan 2009.
Dice also believes in fun charity project and was one of the organizers of Totoro Forest Project and Sketchtravel Project.
