Hello friends!
Our World Needs Help!
Here we are in another aftermath of terrible events in our world. Let's respond to it in our unique way and make Art! On Thursday December 15th, MAVERIXSTUDIOS will be hosting a Holiday Event and Relief Art Auction. Thanks to your generosity, our last art auction raised over $25,000 for the victims of the South East Asian Tsunami. Once again, we will help to raise money by auctioning 2D and 3D art pieces donated by professional artists working in the entertainment industry. 100% of the proceeds from this event will be split between the Pakistan Red Crescent Society and Doctors Without Borders to benefit the many victims of the devastating earthquake that recently struck Pakistan and Kashmir. Do you have art lying around or better yet, have time to customize a lovely piece of art for this event? Join the fun! Don't be left out! Participate! We need all the help we can get!
Don't forget! All donations are tax deductible for US taxpayers.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSIONS:
* All 2D artwork MUST be submitted FRAMED AND READY to hang. It's a lot of work to hang all the art and last year proved a bit overwhelming because many pieces came unframed. 3D artwork must also be presentation ready. Unframed artwork will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding!
* Artwork must be submitted with a suggested beginning auction price and a brief artist bio (50 words or less), to be included in the auction program.
* The deadline for submissions is Thursday December 8th, 2005, but the earlier the better! Art must be delivered on or before that date to: MAVERIX STUDIOS1717 17th St., Suite 108San Francisco, CA 94103
Should any pieces not sell at the event, artists will be contacted for Pick-up or they will be returned to the artist no later than January 15th, 2006.

Thank you all HEAL participants
Maverix and Charlotte Maxwell would like to thank everyone for making the Heal event possible. Thanks to your donations and participation it was an amazing success. HEAL raised over 9 thousand dollars for the Charlotte Maxwell complementary clinic (CMCC), which provides FREE complementary alternative medicine and social services to underserved women who have been afflicted by cancer.
Now Maverix is sponsoring another great event, RELIEF, which doubles as our holiday party, and we call to you once more to donate art, time, and overall cheer. RELIEF will be an industry auction party to help raise money for the many victims of the earthquake that struck
So again thanks for all your help with the HEAL event and the entire Maverix crew is looking forward to see you in three weeks at RELIEF.

Maverix Studios joins forces with Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic to bring you
"HEAL: The Art of Healing" Benefit Art Auction. Heal is a benefit art auction about healing and the healing power of art. All proceeds go to the Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic (CMCC).
SHOW DATES NOVEMBER 16TH & 17TH 2005.
Heal is co-sponsored by Maverix Studios and Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic. All art will be sold in a silent auction format on Thursday, November 17, 2005. Artwork may be viewed prior to auction on Wednesday, November 16th, 2005. The proceeds from this auction will help fund the opening of CMCC’s new San Francisco clinic location.
Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic is a 501©(3) non-profit organization so all donations are tax deductible for US tax payers.
